How
do I get Paid?
Each CCBill Telephone Billing charge applied to a consumer’s
telephone bill may be collected from the phone carrier by CCBill.
The typical phone billing cycle is one month in duration following
the transaction. The Carrier pays CCBill a remittance, net of
their fees, approximately 30 days after the end of the next billing
cycle. You get paid by CCBill once those funds have been received
from the telephone carrier.
Please Note: CCBill will only pay you for those transactions for
which CCBill has been paid. Collection rates can vary by localities
and historical data indicates that as much as 20+ percent of all telephone billing transactions
may go uncollected. CCBill has no control over these collection
factors.
Is there a Security Deposit?
As is customary in the pay-per-call industry, CCBill withholds
as a security deposit 10 percent of the total CCBill Telephone Billing
revenues processes during the associated billing period. This
security deposit will be used to cover CCBill for losses in the
event that refunds, returns, uncollectibles, or chargebacks should
exceed revenues for any given time frame on your account. Revenues
withheld from your account will be applied to disputes on YOUR
ACCOUNT ONLY. Any monies held back and not used for consumer
disputes will be refunded to you in the billing period occurring
six months after the period when the monies were held.
